when in doubt, list it out

When I get stressed, I just run through everything that is overwhelming me in my brain. And I drive myself crazy until I'm about ready to explode and then I write a list. Usually, the list calms me down and makes me feel like I'm in control of everything again. Also, I think lists are therapeutic.

I'm not going to bore you with the details of why I'm stressed out. That'll be my own little on-the-side list. Instead...

things babies can do that grown ups cannot

lick tables
stick their hands down their pants
suck their thumb
 lick people
eat things off the floor
scream for food
lick their own snot
lay on the carpet
stare at people
eat their clothing
eat your clothing
stick their hands down your shirt
