My roommate, sister, and I drove down to Salt Lake and listened to the first hour of conference on the radio.
Then, I missed the second hour.
Why? Well, my stake choir was invited to sing in-between sessions of conference.
We had training at the visitors center and then we went out on the sidewalk to sing and bring the spirit to those headed in to Conference.
It was so cool.
And after we got to go to the fourth session in the Conference Center.
I loved it.
It was also really cool to see this giant mass of people walking around downtown and leaving conference.
Some favorite moments:
Pres. Uchtdorf's "Stop it."
Elder Pieper's thoughts about sacred things.
And of course, President Monson's final message of love.
Besides that, it was really really cool to sing on temple square.
I love singing as it is, but to be singing hymns and bearing testimony through song? There is nothing better.
(please ignore the fact that my voice is 10 billion times louder than everyone else's. I wanted a video, but I also wanted to keep singing. So, there you go.)
What was your favorite Sunday Conference moment?
