Once a month, my roommates and I host what we like to call "Dessert Night" at our apartment. My roommate Jessi and her roommates did it last year, so we're carrying on the tradition.
We've had some awesome themes this year. Pie, Milk & Cookies, Cupcakes, etc. This month's theme is potentially the best yet though. Who doesn't love Peanut Butter? (Okay, so we actually have a friend who can't come because she has a peanut allergy. Yuck.)
Anyway, as I was looking for peanut butter recipes yesterday, I found a flourless peanut butter cookie recipe. We have a friend who can't eat gluten, so I decided to try out this recipe and oh my LANTA. They are SO good!!
2 cups Peanut Butter
2 cups Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
Mix, drop tablespoons of dough on the pan, bake for 8 minutes at 350.
That's it. And they're divine.
The recipe is from this website.
