So I made the tastiest (most tasty?) caramel corn last night and I just thought I'd share the deliciousness with you!

1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Light Corn Syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons of Salt (I actually just dumped some in, so go for it!)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract (I didn't actually measure this one either, I like lots of vanilla.)
2 Bags of popped popcorn (It's tasty with buttery popcorn, but if you want to feel slightly more healthy about this treat, use Healthy Pop or a kind with no butter.)

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar all at once and stir until it's all dissolved into the butter. Then add the corn syrup and the salt. Stir more til the mixture is at a boil. Let it boil for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat and add in the baking soda and vanilla. Stir it really well to get all the baking soda in.
Put the first bag of popcorn into a large bowl and pour about 1/4th of the caramel over it. Stir it up and add another 1/4th of the caramel, stir more... add the other bag of popcorn to the bowl and do the same thing til all the caramel is mixed in.

Now enjoy. :)

We watched P.s. I Love You last night and ate caramel corn, it was wonderful! If any of you haven't seen P.s. I Love You, I reccomend it. The first scene is a little bit sketchy, but I'd say it's better than most now a days. It's a cute movie and if you're like me at all, you'll cry.

So I just looked at my last two blogs and realized they were both titled with something about killing time. Then I thought that maybe I should actually use an entry to talk about my life instead of a survey or something.

This semester has been really good so far. I'm liking my classes, loving my figure skating class, and I've been having a lot of fun with friends.  Karen is getting married in 19 days, and I took hers and Steve's engagement pictures and I'll do the rest of their photography for the wedding stuff. I also designed their invitations.

I've got a couple other invitation jobs I'm working on, and a couple people to shoot Bridals for. Because I have awesome friends that spread the word, or let me do stuff for them, I've decided to give up the job hunt and just stick to photography and design in my freetime. It's been really great to not be stressed about looking for a job, and I've still got the needed income. :)

I'm going back for my 3rd summer at Mill Hollow. I am SO very excited. I'm telling you, it's the best summer job ever. I already have a million and two weddings to attend in 2009, so that should be exciting.

Basically, I've got life pretty well figured out until August. Then I just don't know what I'll do. I mean, I'll come back to Logan for school... but I have no idea what classes to take. This year I've been finishing up a bunch of generals I never got around to taking at Snow, but with the exception of Math and English 2010, I don't know what to take next year. You know why? Because I don't know what to major in.

It's this dilemma I've been stressing about for a while now. There are a ton of classes I'd like to take and a whole lotta things I would like to learn, I just can't settle on one area. It'd mostly be really awesome if I could major in Elise.

That's about life right now, so I'm out like shout!
